ERC-1450: RTA-Controlled Security Token

A standard for security tokens sold under SEC Regulations CF, D, and A, where the Registered Transfer Agent (RTA) has exclusive control over mints, burns, and transfers. Direct transfer() and approve() are disabled; holders request transfers via requestTransferWithFee().
It also defines broker registration for compliant secondary trading, read-only ERC-20 compatibility, recovery for lost tokens and court-ordered transfers, and optional EIP-3668 (CCIP-Read) off-chain compliance pre-checks. Listed co-author alongside StartEngine colleagues — I reviewed the specification and helped implement the backend that supports it.
SE-Assistants: AI Agents for Investor Operations
An internal AI agent platform at StartEngine, where I'm a core engineer and top contributor (2026). I built its investor-operations lane: a case queue that pulls investments and CRM history and classifies what's blocking each investor, a two-pass LLM agent that triages cases and drafts personalized outreach, and a Slack assistant that answers advisor questions from live platform data, with sensitive account actions requiring explicit human approval.
Campaign Updates: Issuer-to-Investor Publishing
Feature creator and primary engineer (2023–2026). I built the backend that lets companies raising capital on StartEngine post updates to their campaign pages. Staff review each update — approve, reject, schedule, or reschedule — and approved updates publish at their scheduled time. Kafka keeps publish status in sync with the main platform, and material-change notices are generated automatically.
AI Data Extraction Microservice
Designed and built an AI-powered data extraction microservice in Python, integrating OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic APIs — cutting document processing time from 30 minutes to 2–3 minutes and lifting accuracy from 30% to 70%.
JordoBot9000
A self-hosted AI code reviewer I built for my team's pull-request workflow. It watches a GitHub organization for PRs that need review, queues them in Postgres, and runs headless Claude Code to read each change in context — callers, CI failures, earlier review threads — then posts one decisive review with concrete inline comments. It follows each PR through new pushes, author replies, and green CI. Guardrails live in code, not the prompt.
Predictive Planning Data Integration
Primary developer for Vanguard Predictive Planning data integration — custom connectors that processed millions of records and cut data preparation from weeks to under 30 minutes. Also designed custom data tables for brand-specific forecasting systems (Lenox, LG Hausys).
